TWO LEATHER STYLES
Milled Full Grain:
This leather has been tumbled in a mill drum, so it has a grainy, textured surface. It has a slight sheen to it, and it’s a little less scuffy** than our original Vintage Luxe leather. The appearance is more uniform and polished. This leather is great for dressier looks.
** Please note that while this grainy surface hides scuffs a little more than our original Vintage Luxe leather, our Milled Luxe leather is still capable of being scratched. (Only top-grain leathers that have been finished with a protective plastic coating are scratch-proof.) All full grain leather can still be scratched. This is not a representation of lower quality; in fact, full grain leather is the highest quality of leather that there is. The surface has not been buffed down (the way top grain leather has been) to remove imperfections, so it is in its strongest state. If well-cared for, it will last for years to come.
Vintage Full Grain:
Our Vintage style is a little more matte and smooth-surfaced than our Milled leather. It is more reactive to the touch, and will show scuffs and marks. We hand selected this full grain leather because of its lovely vintage feel and character. It will break in and look beautiful with age. Please note that no two bags are alike! There may be marbling and dimension in the color. This is a stylistic component of the way our supplier tans and processes the leather.
Please note that this is full-grain leather; the highest quality leather that money can buy! Imperfections and scars were not buffed out; the natural surface can be seen, which is why the leather is so strong and durable. With each batch of bags, there may be subtle variation in color. Because of the tanning process of real leather, please be aware of color transfer when you first receive your item. A gentle buffing with a soft white cloth can help prevent color transfer. Please be aware that leather will wear over time. All leather products require periodic care. Doing so will extend the life of your leather. We recommend regularly treating your bag with a high quality, alcohol-free conditioner to maintain the leather and color on your bag, and to protect against water damage. Please test in an inconspicuous spot, as it may temporarily or permanently darken the color. We recommend taking your bag to a leather specialist for professional cleaning.

*Please note that the Luxe clutch is not quite as soft as our vegan leather Doux Clutch, as full grain leather is a little thicker and more structured.

Vegan Leather Products & Accessories Warranty: 180 Days
Effective for orders placed on or after June 28, 2018, our vegan leather products come with a 180-day limited warranty on items purchased from Azaria or an authorized dealer for a period of ONE HUNDRED-EIGHTY (180) DAYS from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser. The warranty covers faulty hardware, defects in materials and craftsmanship that affect functionality, or significant aesthetic issues upon arrival to customer. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, after inspection and at its option and discretion, Azaria will either (1) repair the defect, or (2) replace the product, or (3) issue store credit for the price paid at the original time of purchase. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes the customer's property and the replaced item becomes Azaria's property.
Please note that used defective products are entitled only to a repair, replacement or store credit for the amount paid; not a refund. After we receive the returned defective product, we will then perform the repair, send the replacement or issue a store credit.
Please note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal, proper use of product; nor does it cover accidents, spills, or defects created from unauthorized self- or third-party repairs or alterations.
Please note that our products are handmade by people. They are therefore subject to variation in stitching and construction. Small variations are not considered defects.
We use high quality hardware and materials, but if handled carelessly, can be damaged. For example, we advise against things like overstuffing your bag and putting unnecessary strain on the main zipper, or checking your bag on an airplane; airports notoriously rough-handle checked luggage and zipper pulls can be yanked off or bags may be damaged in transit. Such abuse is not covered under our warranty.
If our products or their features are used against their intention, they are subject to damage. This is considered misuse and is therefore not covered under our warranty. For example, our bags are not intended to be stored by the grab handle and will put unnecessary strain on it. Please only use grab handles for temporary transportation. Zipper pulls are not intended to hold heavy keychains or objects.
We advise against attaching anything to the zipper pulls. We suggest that keychains be attached to the messenger strap D rings.
Please be aware on our vegan leather products that while we only select the highest quality materials, even the most expensive vegan leather can still scratch against some surfaces, and is prone to eventual scratching and chipping. We custom make our vegan leather, so you can be assured it is in its freshest state when our bags are manufactured. Scratches and chips are therefore the fault of the user, are considered normal wear and tear, and not covered under our warranty. No exceptions will be made. Please handle your vegan leather products with care.

Note that any treatment of your Azaria product will be at your own risk. Please note that products containing alcohol or chemicals may damage the vegan leather and remove the color. To remove ink, dirt or stain, we recommend wiping with a damp cloth and mild soap. Damage caused by products will not be covered under Warranty. If you choose to apply a treatment to your Azaria product, please first test in an inconspicuous spot.
We can assume that any defect that arises outside of the 180-day Warranty Period is due to misuse by the user, and is not the fault of Azaria. No replacements, repairs or store credits will be issued outside of the Warranty Period. No exceptions will be made.
All items purchased through an unauthorized retailer or a secondhand-seller are not covered under our warranty. All items marked as "minor defect" and purchased at a local event, or items purchased through the Outlet section of our site are not covered under our warranty. All items granted through promotions, giveaways, or collaborations are also not covered under our warranty.
