DISCLAIMER: **For usage on full-grain (luxe) leather products ONLY - Not for use on Vegan Leather or Suede

Obenauf's Natural leather conditioning oils, beeswax, and propolis are blended to create Obenauf's Oil formula for full grain leather. Excellent for conditioning oil-tanned leathers, especially during the hot, dry summer months to keep leather hydrated. Obenauf's Oil will keep your leather supple, to avoid cracking, and enrich the natural color achieved during the tanning process. True leather conditioning that will restore sun faded, vintage leather to like new!

  • Test leather preservative in a hidden area if color change is a concern
  • Apply every 3-4 months, depending on your climate and usage of the leather. We recommend using a clean cloth to apply to the leather
  • Apply leather conditioner at room temperature to clean, dry bags
  • Allow 24 hours between treatments and buff off excess, to avoid risk of over-saturating the leather

Azaria Policies: Delivery, Returns & Sales

GENERAL SHIPPING:
Please note estimated shipping dates on each product page when ordering. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, please allow 3-5 business days for orders to leave our warehouse, regardless of shipping method selected at checkout. During sales and other high volume times (End of November through December, End of April through May), please allow up to 7 business days for orders to leave our warehouse.  All shipping options are for transit times once your order is shipped. It will not apply to the time our team requires to pack and ship your items. Items in cart will all ship together. If you have an item on Pre-Order in your cart, the in-stock items will not ship until the Pre-Ordered item is available to ship. If you’d like to receive the in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Please choose a secure shipping address, and follow the tracking number to ensure it is safely received during delivery.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  No exceptions.  In case of a lost or stolen package, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.  They will be able to give you exact information regarding whether or not your package was delivered to the correct address.  If nothing turns up, we recommend filing a police report.

CONTIGUOUS US (CONUS) SHIPPING:
In the contiguous US (all states except Hawaii and Alaska), we offer two shipping methods: economy and expedited.  USPS Economy Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days in transit, once order leaves our warehouse. Our Priority Shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 1-3 business days in transit. This timeline is based on the transit time after your order has shipped. Our team still requires up to 3 business days to process, package, and ship orders. On all CONUS orders over $100, we offer free economy shipping*. You can upgrade your transit time and select Priority Shipping for an additional $15 fee. 
*Please note that on all orders from our Outlet section or for "Practically Perfect" bags and products, shipping charges will apply.

EX-CONUS UNITED STATES SHIPPING:
For all orders shipping outside of CONUS and within United States territories or states, customers can choose to pay for one of the following USPS shipping methods: First Class Mail, First Class Package, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. For orders over $50, we ship USPS Priority Mail for a flat $15.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For international orders, we offer one of three shipping methods, all of which are paid for by the customer: USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Priority Mail Express International and USPS First Class Package International.
All international orders are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for a return, exchange, or warranty. This includes military addresses like FPO and APO. For all international orders, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for the price of shipping plus any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”. Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees, we suggest contacting your local government.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for international orders to be received, but note that further delays are possible due to customs. USPS First Class mail does not provide international tracking, so you may also need to check with your local post office to receive your package. 
   
RETURNS:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, and in original tags and packaging.  All returns are subject to an inspection, and used products will be returned to sender.  Shipping charges & Insurance will not be refunded. Please note that return shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.  If we provide the return label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. There will be a $15 PER ITEM restocking fee on items $50 or more and a $5 PER ITEM restock fee on items $49.99 or less on all returns. This fee is applied by our fulfillment team for costs associated with packaging, shipping, inspecting, and restocking returns. If an item is found to have been used, you are subject to a 25% restocking fee. **Messenger straps and Dust Bags must be included with the return of all bags or there will be an additional $10 fee**. We cannot accept returns of worn, used or damaged merchandise, merchandise without original tags and packaging or final sale merchandise. 
For returns, please email hello@azaria.com with your order number handy.  When returning your product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for lost items.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your card or bank statement.
Please note that all items marked "FINAL SALE", and all items marked as "practically perfect" or "minor defect", sold either on our site or at a local event are not available for return or exchange.  No exceptions.
*FREE Gifts: If you return an order with a free gift, either the free gift needs to be returned or the value of the free gift will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. No exceptions.*
*Apparel and other returned items smelling of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear, or with traces of animal hair are not valid for return and no refund will be issued.*
We are always happy to accept returns or exchanges if they meet the qualifications. Returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. Anyone discovered to be abusing the return policy may be restricted from future returns.

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please see our return policy and our warranty page for additional information. Return shipping costs and Restocking fees will apply on all returns. No exceptions.

EXCHANGES:
You are more than welcome to exchange your new and unused, unwashed, unworn product within 30 days.   For exchanges, please contact hello@azaria.com with your order number.  Please note that return shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.  However, we will waive the $15 restocking fee on all exchanges. To expedite the exchange process, you might consider placing a separate order for the product you wish to exchange, to guarantee it does not go out of stock during the return process.  When we receive your return, we will refund the original order.  Otherwise, once we receive your return, we can send a replacement.  When returning your product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.  We are not responsible for lost items.

GIFT EXCHANGE:
We offer exchanges on gifts in unused/new condition purchased from Azaria or an authorized dealer within 30 days.  Please note that return shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Once we receive the item, we will issue you a store credit.  Please contact hello@azaria.com with the receipt, order number or buyer's email address.

SALES:
Email and SMS subscribers will be notified in advance of the sale dates and discount codes.  Please note that discount codes and promotional sales may not be applied retroactively to previous orders and refunds will NOT be issued to cover the difference. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to leave our warehouse. Sale prices are only valid during the sale window.  No exceptions will be made.  Please also note that discount codes are not combinable.
 
FINAL SALE:
Please note that any items marked as "final sale", either on our site or at a local event, are not eligible for return or exchange.  "Practically Perfect" items marked in "as is" condition are therefore not covered under our warranty.
