Returns and Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy:

Please email our customer care team at hello@azaria.com for requests to return or exchange.

For domestic order, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. International orders, including FPO and APO military addresses cannot be returned or exchanged.  Orders placed via Instagram or Facebook shops are only eligible for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused, unworn, undamaged with original tags and packaging. All returns are subject to inspection.  If an item is returned with damage, missing parts (messenger straps, dust bags, wristlets, etc), or appears to be used, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or return the bag to the customer.

A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from each returned item.  Exchanges are exempt from a restocking fee as long as a new order is placed before the return is processed or you opt for a store credit. Exchange items must be purchased at the same price as the original. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  If a return is not postmarked within 15 days of delivery, only a store credit will be issued.  After 30 days, returns will be returned to sender. 

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. When returning your product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for lost items. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the return to be processed by us, and then additional time for the refund to reflect on your card or bank statement.

Gift with purchase:

If you return an order with a free gift, the gift should be part of the return or the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Gift returns, exchanges & store credit:

We offer returns, exchanges or store credit on gifts in unused/new condition purchased from Azaria within 15 days. Please have the order number or email address to verify purchase and amount paid through azaria.com. Please note that return shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Please contact hello@azaria.com with the receipt, order number or buyer’s email address.

FINAL SALE:  

Please note that all items marked “FINAL SALE”, and all items marked as “Minor Defect” or “Practically Perfect” sold either on our site or at a local event are not eligible for return or exchange. Please also note that our warranty is void with Final Sale items. 

Price Adjustments:

Azaria does not give out price adjustments for items that have changed price since purchased.  

Anyone discovered to be abusing the return policy may be restricted from future returns and/or orders.
