Returns and Exchanges
Hi there! Our store is being seriously affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic. A great way to show your support is to request a store credit instead of a refund, if you can. We promise to continue working hard to offer you quality products on which to spend your credits. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused, unworn, undamaged condition, and in original tags and packaging. All returns are subject to inspection. If an item is returned with damage, missing parts, or appears to be used, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or return the bag to the customer.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the order being marked delivered. If a return is not postmarked within 30 days of delivery, only a store credit will be issued. Returns received after 60 days will be returned to sender.
There will be a $15 PER ITEM restocking fee on items $50 or more and a $5 PER ITEM restock fee on items $49.99 or less on all returns. This fee is applied by our fulfillment team for costs associated with packaging, shipping, inspecting, and restocking returns. If an item is found to have been used, you are subject to a 25% restocking fee. **Messenger straps must be included with the return of all bags or there will be an additional $10 fee**. We will check for things like hardware plastic covering and/or tags being removed, crumbs or items left in the bag, pet hair, chips or scratches, etc. All items must be received by Azaria within 30 days from the date of delivery for return approval to be accepted. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. When returning your product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for lost items. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the return to be processed by us, and then additional time for the refund to reflect on your card or bank statement.
If you are sending an item back to complete an exchange, and a new item is purchased in its place, the restock fee(s) will be waived.
BOGO discounts: When you purchase items as a Buy One Get One offer, the discount reflecting the price of the lowest-priced item is proportionally applied to each eligible item. If any item is returned, the refund will be equal to the original price of the item reduced by the proportional discounted amount.
We are always happy to accept returns or exchanges if they meet the qualifications. Returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. Anyone discovered to be abusing the return policy may be restricted from future returns.
If the bag has not been shipped yet, the order might be able to be cancelled without the restocking fee. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation is possible. Please contact email@example.com immediately with your order number to see if cancellation is possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will have to wait to receive item in order to begin the return process.
You are more than welcome to exchange your new and unused product within 30 days. For exchanges, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Please note that return shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will waive the $15 restocking fee on all exchanges. To expedite the exchange process, you might consider placing a separate order for the product you wish to exchange, to guarantee that it does not go out of stock during the return process. When we receive your return, we will refund the original order. Otherwise, once we receive your return, we can send your exchange. When returning your product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for lost items.
We offer exchanges on gifts in unused/new condition purchased from Azaria within 30 days. You must have the order number or email address to verify purchase and amount paid through azaria.com. Please note that return shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a store credit. Please contact email@example.com with the receipt, order number or buyer’s email address. We do not send out refund checks for products received as gifts that have been returned and will only issue a store credit or refund to the purchaser’s original form of payment.
Please note that all items marked “FINAL SALE”, and all items marked as “minor defect” or “Practically Perfect” sold either on our site or at a local event are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Please also note that warranty is void with Final Sale items. No exceptions.
All items purchased from the "Special Prices" page are final sale and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
