This is the second bag that I bought. The first one was a little smaller in the back (even though it’s the same style), so my laptop just barely fit. The zipper ultimately broke and I’m going to get a zipper from them to get it fixed. I did buy another of the same style since I loved it so much. This one was actually a little larger!! By design?? I’m not sure! My laptop fits so much better! Love the pockets, the separate spaces, especially the extra wide straps! Excellent product. Strong. And, customer service is over the top! Great sign of a company that cares about its customer and products.

It’s a beautiful bag. Something I didn’t pay attention to when purchasing was the weight of the bag 3 pounds. It’s difficult to wear while you’re holding your baby. I stopped bringing this bag with me due to how heavy it feels. I ended up purchasing a diaper clutch and it was the best purchase I made for myself.

Love this bag! Perfect for carrying my 15 inch laptop and breast pump parts to work. Would easily be spacious enough to carry all the things I need for my toddler and newborn when we go out and about. One star off because one of the rubber feet fell off when I had the bag for less than a month.

If you are looking for an everyday backpack, seriously look no further. This is it!! This was designed for functionality and has the most comfortable pockets and structure. The waterproof lining is a super plus to my clumsy and chaotic life. The side pockets are great for drinks, phones and keys. And I love the magnetic closures on the front and inner pockets.

I’ve always been a La Mere fan. I own way more than I want to admit, but I decided to try the La Jolie when it was on sale…It’s the best work bag!!!!! Fits my laptop, folders and water bottle. The two compartments work great for organizing my work stuff. This bag is way underrated!!!

I am so in love with this bag!! I decided to upgrade to a more versatile backpack after having my second and I'm so happy I did. This backpack holds so many items without compromising on look and size. It is not bulky or oversized, the pockets and compartments feel carefully thought out. This backpack holds all my baby and toddler needs as well as my own without looking large. The zippers slide easily to open with 1 hand and the bottom pins help it remain upright when placed on the floor, so convenient when your hands are full. The internal material is soft and water proof, withstood my toddlers half full water bottle spilling on a 20 minute drive without leaking in the car. The only suggestion I would add is a possible shoulder strap zipper pocket, to avoid having to remove the back pack. Especially in these times with COVID-19, when you are trying to avoid minimal contamination, I don't like having to remove my backpack to grab my bank card. Zero complaints with this bag.

I love the outside of the bag. The quality given to the details of the outside of the bag are phenomenal. I would give the outside 5 stars but I don’t like the inside 1 star quality compared to the luxurious outside. I don’t like the mesh. I haven’t used it since the first week I got it. No idea if I will use this going forward as we are still not going anywhere where but just can’t do the weird inside. The bag is absolutely gorgeous outside like it was perfect for me just the inside doesn’t work for me. Maybe I can cut the mesh out without damaging it.

I really like the look of the bag. Love the color and accent color. The only thing I don’t really enjoy is the size. I expected the pockets to be bigger. Maybe a little more stretch to them to make things fit better inside. Also, a wipes holder on the outside of the bag would be amazing! Overall, I’m going to enjoy the comfortability of this bad as well as the sleek design!

I absolutely LOVE this bag! It has all the pockets you could ask for and tons of room for sippy cups, toys, snacks, diapers, wipes, etc I’m a heavy packer but the bag has all the room I need. And the straps are super comfy too. I already own 2 La Mere originals that are so cute and love, but I’m definitely a La Jolie fan!

I don‘t use my la jolie as a diaper bag, but for work and travel. I have to commute quite a bit and most of my friends and family live farther away. So what I need in a bag is space and a clever „layout“ within, so that I can carry my work stuff and my travel stuff (i.e. change of clothes) in one bag. La jolie is right on point for that. It‘s perfect and I already LOVE that bag! 10/10

Love this bag! I actually use it as my work bag vs a diaper bag because it fits all of my pumping stuff. Love that you can easily move from wearing as a backpack to a shoulder strap which makes it perfect for the subway!

I wish the interior pockets were spaced differently. It feels a little cramped when I try to pack everything in. I don't care for the tiny mesh pocket on the front inner panel. It gets in the way and I find myself not using it for that reason. Ease of accessibility is becoming more of a priority for me. So instead of using the La Jolie as much I reach for my La Mere in charcoal.

LOVE, love, LOVE IT!!! I haven't seen a comparable product on the market, as far as my packing and organizing preferences go. I just wish there was a Luxe Jolie, and then I could die happy (because of chipping. Not bad on the front/sides, but the bottom is getting a lot of love. Might need to replace before baby #2)

Absolutely loved my bag when I first got it! I work in education and often carry my MacBook around in it along with everyday essentials that I was so hyped about not having to use multiple toiletry bags inside of because of all the incredible pockets. After about 3 months the top handle on the bag has begun to unattached from the backpack which is a huge bummer. Considering the cost of the bag, I expected a much higher quality product and am a little shocked that in only 3 months the bag will almost be un-carryable
