Shipping Policy:

Azaria uses various postal carriers to determine the most efficient way to ship your order. Orders can take up to 5 business days to process before shipping, unless otherwise stated. During high volume periods and holidays processing can take up to 7 business days. The transit time will depend on your destination and the type of shipping selected at checkout.

We offer two shipping methods in the contiguous US (all states except Hawaii and Alaska); economy and expedited. UPS Ground usually takes 3-7 business days in transit, once the order leaves our warehouse. USPS Priority mail usually takes 1-3 business days in transit, based on your location. Please allow 8 – 21 business days for international orders to be delivered.

Items in cart will all ship together. If you have an item on Pre-Order in your cart, the in-stock items will not ship until the Pre-Ordered item is available to ship. If you’d like to receive the in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Please choose a secure shipping address, and follow the tracking number to ensure it is safely received during delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Consider using our shipping protection Route to insure your package. In case of a lost, stolen, or delayed package, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping:

In the contiguous US (all states except Hawaii and Alaska), we offer two shipping methods: economy and expedited. USPS Economy Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days in transit, once order leaves our warehouse. Our Priority Shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 1-3 business days in transit. This timeline is based on the transit time after your order has shipped and is not inclusive of warehouse processing times.

For all orders shipping outside of the contiguous US and within US territories or states, customers can choose to pay for one of the following USPS shipping methods: First Class Mail, First Class Package, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. For orders over $50, we ship USPS Priority Mail for a flat $15.

International Shipping:

For international orders, we offer one of three shipping methods, all of which are paid for by the customer: USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Priority Mail Express International and USPS First Class Package International.

All international orders are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for a return, exchange, or warranty. This includes military addresses like FPO and APO. For all international orders, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for the price of shipping plus any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift”, “no commercial value”,or to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees, we suggest contacting your local government.

Please allow up to 8-21 business days for international orders to be received, but note that further delays are possible due to customs. USPS First Class mail does not provide international tracking, so you may also need to check with your local post office to receive your package.

Please note, all shipping methods at checkout are not guaranteed and refunds cannot be issued if there is a delay with the shipping carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Please email our customer care team at hello@azaria.com for requests to return or exchange.

For domestic order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. International orders, including FPO and APO military addresses cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed via Instagram or Facebook shops are only eligible for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused, unworn, undamaged with original tags and packaging. All returns are subject to inspection. If an item is returned with damage, missing parts (messenger straps, dust bags, wristlets, etc), or appears to be used, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or return the bag to the customer.

A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from each item returned. Exchanges are exempt from a restocking fee as long as a new order is placed before the return is processed or you opt for a store credit. Exchange items must be purchased at the same price as the original. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is not postmarked within 30 days of delivery, only a store credit will be issued. After 60 days, returns will be returned to sender.

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. When returning your product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for lost items. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the return to be processed by us, and then additional time for the refund to reflect on your card or bank statement.

Gift with purchase:

If you return an order with a free gift, the gift should be part of the return or the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Gift returns, exchanges & store credit:

We offer returns, exchanges or store credit on gifts in unused/new condition purchased from Azaria within 30 days. Please have the order number or email address to verify purchase and amount paid through azaria.com. Please note that return shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact hello@azaria.com with the receipt, order number or buyer’s email address.

FINAL SALE:

Please note that all items marked “FINAL SALE”, and all items marked as “Minor Defect” or “Practically Perfect” sold either on our site or at a local event are not eligible for return or exchange. Please also note that our warranty is void with Final Sale items.

Anyone discovered to be abusing the return policy may be restricted from future returns and/or orders.

Price Adjustments:

Azaria does not give out price adjustments for items that have changed price since purchased.

Giveaways:

Please note that on social media giveaways and sweepstakes, unless otherwise stated, winner(s) are chosen randomly. Giveaways we participate in or host are in no way associated with Instagram. No purchase necessary, void where prohibited. Giveaway prizes not combinable with other offers. By entering, entrants confirm they are 13 years of age or older. Winner is responsible for shipping and any duty fees that may apply. Prize choice limited to current stock availability. Beware of fraudulent accounts impersonating @azariabrand. We will never ask you for your credit card information. All prizes and promotional items received from giveaways and contests are final sale and void of warranty.
