Shipping Policy:
Azaria uses various postal carriers to determine the most efficient way to ship your order. Orders can take up to 5 business days to process before shipping, unless otherwise stated. During high volume periods and holidays processing can take up to 7 business days. The transit time will depend on your destination and the type of shipping selected at checkout.
We offer two shipping methods in the contiguous US (all states except Hawaii and Alaska); economy and expedited. UPS Ground usually takes 3-7 business days in transit, once the order leaves our warehouse. USPS Priority mail usually takes 1-3 business days in transit, based on your location. Please allow 8 – 21 business days for international orders to be delivered. If package is returned back to us due to incomplete/invalid address, then the customer is responsible to pay shipping charges again in order to resend it.
Items in cart will all ship together. If you have an item on Pre-Order in your cart, the in-stock items will not ship until the Pre-Ordered item is available to ship. If you’d like to receive the in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Please choose a secure shipping address, and follow the tracking number to ensure it is safely received during delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Consider using our shipping protection ShipInsure to insure your package. In case of a lost, stolen, or delayed package, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping:
In the contiguous US (all states except Hawaii and Alaska), we offer two shipping methods: economy and expedited. USPS Economy Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days in transit, once order leaves our warehouse. Our Priority Shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 1-3 business days in transit. This timeline is based on the transit time after your order has shipped and is not inclusive of warehouse processing times.
For all orders shipping outside of the contiguous US and within US territories or states, customers can choose to pay for one of the following USPS shipping methods: First Class Mail, First Class Package, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. For orders over $50, we ship USPS Priority Mail for a flat $15.
Return & Exchange Policy:

For domestic order, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. International orders, including FPO and APO military addresses cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed via Instagram or Facebook shops are only eligible for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused, unworn, undamaged with original tags and packaging. All returns are subject to inspection. If an item is returned with damage, missing parts (messenger straps, dust bags, wristlets, etc), or appears to be used, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or return the bag to the customer.
A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from each item returned. Exchanges are exempt from a restocking fee as long as a new order is placed before the return is processed or you opt for a store credit. Exchange items must be purchased at the same price as the original. Original shipping charges and shipping protection are non-refundable. If a return is not postmarked within 15 days of delivery, only a store credit will be issued. After 30 days, returns will be returned to sender.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. When returning your product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for lost items. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the return to be processed by us, and then additional time for the refund to reflect on your card or bank statement.
Promotions:
Bundles and sets are already offered at a special value and are therefore excluded from additional promotions or discount codes.
Only If You Know promo orders are flash-sale/heavily discounted and are therefore cannot be returned.
Gift with purchase:
If you return an order with a free gift, the gift should be part of the return or the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
Gift returns, exchanges & store credit:
We offer returns, exchanges or store credit on gifts in unused/new condition purchased from Azaria within 15 days. Please have the order number or email address to verify purchase and amount paid through azaria.com. Please note that return shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. FINAL SALE:
Please note that all items marked “FINAL SALE”, and all items marked as “Minor Defect” or “Practically Perfect” sold either on our site or at a local event are not eligible for return or exchange. Please also note that our warranty is void with Final Sale items.
Anyone discovered to be abusing the return policy may be restricted from future returns and/or orders.
Price Adjustments:
Azaria does not give out price adjustments for items that have changed price since purchased.
